The AC paradox

Too hot under a duvet, too cold without it?

Sleeper at night with duvet half thrown off, one leg out, thermostat set to 19 degrees

1
You set the AC to 19°. You still wake up warm.
2
Bedding is the layer AC can't reach.
3
AC cools the room. Evercool cools the body.
Evercool dissipates heat from your skin faster than cotton, linen, or silk, and regulates your body temperature throughout the night.
Not too hot, not too cold, just right.
