Truly really nice. I only use this pillow. It is cooling for sure. I do have frozen shoulder problems that have persistent. I got the thickest option & that hasn't changed so it may be too thin for me & I am a side sleeper. Still really nice & I love midnight blue.

I love this it stays cool so long and I love using it with the cooling pillowcases! It is so soft and perfect to cradle my neck on my back since I am a little short (4’11”) I am going to get the medium sized one for when I do side sleeping!

The pillows and cases were cooling exactly as described, but they have contours that only seem they would be conducive to back sleepers. Side sleeping was fighting with the angles and interfered with CPAP mask seal. The height was also an issue; I purchased "medium and "high" pillows to try out. The "high" pillow was shorter than my usual pillows (again, good for back sleeping but not side sleeping) and I ended up trying to sandwich the two pillow flat sides together to get the appropriate shoulder-height support, which made the contours worse.
When I went to initiate the return, I had to argue with an AI gatekeeper that was insistent that the product was unreturnable if it had been removed from the shipping package, well within the 30 day window; I had to escalate to a human representative who overrode the issue.
