I have had anxiety almost all of my life. So sleeping has always been a challenge. This summer has been one of the hottest on record as well. I have had many restless & sleepless nights to say the least. My friend recommended Evercool. As she was having similar issues with sleeping. I started off with the comforter & that very first night. I was able to relax & even breathe better. Needless to say. I was also able to get a great night sleep, finally. After the 5th night I decided to get the pillow cases & sheets as well. I am now getting the absolute best sleep that I have ever had in my life. This is no exaggeration. Evercool's line have been better than any other bedding & especially healthier than actual sleeping aids. I only wish that I would have known about Eversleep sooner.
PS. This has actually helped calm down the effects of seasonal allergies as well.
